Hello, I'm
RodenairDe Leon.
I build the internal tools and web apps that take the manual work out of running a business — the spreadsheets, the copy-pasting, the steps someone has to remember.
I work with business owners and small teams who have outgrown spreadsheets and manual processes. Two things I do especially well:
Internal tools & automation
The jobs your team still does by hand — copying between spreadsheets, chasing approvals, re-typing the same details into three systems — handled by software instead.
- Manual steps replaced with automated flows across payroll, hiring, and admin
- Systems you already pay for, wired together so data moves on its own
- Backup and data-safety pipelines so nothing quietly goes missing
Custom web apps & dashboards
Software shaped around how your business actually runs, for when the off-the-shelf product almost fits but never quite does — and the workaround is costing you hours.
- Staff and client portals with real accounts, roles, and permissions
- Dashboards that answer the question you keep asking your team for
- Full platforms owned end to end, from database design to deployment
Not sure which one you need? Describe the problem in plain English and I'll tell you honestly whether it's something I can help with — get in touch.

Internal platform — not publicly accessible. Details shared here are limited to my own contributions.
Yoonet runs an all-in-one platform their HR, payroll, and recruitment teams depend on daily. Over two years I built and maintained internal applications on it alongside a small team, while the people using it kept working without interruption.
The recurring theme was the same one most businesses have: real work being done by hand, in places where software should have been doing it.
Replaced manual steps with automated flows
Connected the systems the business already ran on through their APIs, so processes that used to depend on someone remembering to send an email or re-key a payment ran on their own.
Built an automated backup pipeline
Operational data sat in one place with no independent safety net. I designed and shipped an automated pipeline that copied it out on a schedule, so a bad deploy or an accidental deletion could no longer take records with it.
Shipped an internal scoring tool
Designed and deployed a web app that replaced a manual, judgement-by-judgement review step with structured scoring — same criteria, same weighting, every time.
Built 12+ features end to end independently
Across HR, payroll, recruitment, and internal tooling — each one from spec and database design through to deployment, working directly with the stakeholders who'd use it.
Named Employee of the Year 2025 and Employee of the Month for September 2024 — recognition from the company whose platform I was trusted to build on, and the clearest signal I can offer that the work held up in production.
I'm Rodenair — a full-stack developer based in Bataan, Philippines, working with businesses anywhere. I spent two years in-house at an Australian software company building the platform their HR, payroll, and recruitment teams ran on every day.
That job taught me the thing I care most about now: software is only worth building if it survives contact with the people who have to use it. So I'd rather understand your process first and write less code than hand you something impressive that nobody adopts.
You'll work with me directly — no account manager, no handoff, no team of subcontractors you never meet.

Self-directed builds, not client work — how I stay sharp and try ideas out. The client work is in the case study above.
